Open Access Publishing: Practical Insights Online

Open access publishing is an effective way to increase the visibility and impact of your research, contribute to the broader public good, and comply with grant requirements. While article processing charges (APCs) are sometimes associated with open access and can be costly, many cost-effective strategies are availablle - the key is planning ahead. This session will explore practical options such as no-fee publishing models, sharing through scholarly repositories, the use of pre-prints and accessing APC discounts.
