Art Exhibit & Talk: "Pulled by Paint" by Curve Lake Artist David Beaucage Johnson

When: Exhibit opening is on Tuesday, October 17 from 4-6pm, with David's talk starting at 5pm.  The exhibit will be in Bata from Oct. 16 to Oct. 20. 

Where: Bata Library Atrium (2nd floor/main floor)

David Beaucage Johnson is a prolific artist of over 15,400 original works in a variety of mediums. His work has been in the Royal Ontario Museum, Peterborough Art Gallery, and published in two books by Basil Johnston. David is Mississauga Anishnaabe and lives and works in Curve Lake. During his talk, he will discuss the inspirations behind his art, his vision, and his artistic processes. 

Light refreshments will be served after the talk, with an opportunity to meet and chat with the artist.
